Return Policy

• Customers have the option to return their order within 7 days of receiving the delivery. You can initiate a return request from the orders page in your account.
• Products from the Clearance Sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.
• All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Any discounted products are not eligible for return.
• We may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. If you have received a defective product, send us images at care@adimanav.com and we will get back to you.
• We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to ship the product(s) to the below-mentioned address.

Exchange Policy

To speed up the delivery of the product to the customer, we've enhanced the conventional replacement process:

1. If you require a replacement for a product, please initiate a return request for the product(s) to be returned.
2. After receiving the returned item, the order amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 15 business days.
3. In the meantime, place a new order for the desired product and size. This will guarantee that you receive the new product promptly, bypassing the need to wait for the return process to finish.

Important Note: Returns / exchanges are not accepted for products sold through clearance sale.

All products will be shipped within 3 working days from our hub.
