Thank you for shopping at adimanav.com. We strive to deliver your favourite graphic apparel, oversized t-shirts, and regional collections to you in the quickest and most secure manner possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery guidelines, timelines, and procedures designed to ensure a seamless experience.

1. Scope of Service & Operational Zone

adimanav.com currently operates and delivers exclusively within India. We partner with leading domestic logistics providers to ensure comprehensive pin-code coverage across tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 cities, as well as rural regional zones.

At this moment, we do not offer international shipping or accept orders destined for delivery outside India.

2. Processing & Production Timelines

Because many of our premium graphic t-shirts and collections are printed or processed on demand to maintain strict quality standards, order fulfillment is split into two phases:

  • Processing & Printing: Orders are typically processed, printed, quality checked, and packed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Dispatches: Handover to our courier partners takes place immediately after packaging. Dispatches do not occur on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping transit times vary depending on your geographic location. Below are our standard delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

Please Note: The timelines mentioned above are optimal estimates provided by our delivery partners. Occasional transit delays may occur due to external factors such as extreme weather conditions, regional restrictions, state holidays, or festive peak seasons.

4. Order Tracking

Transparency is core to our fulfillment. Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, an automated confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp and email. This notification will include a direct tracking link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To provide maximum convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across most eligible pin codes in India.

  • A nominal, non-refundable COD convenience fee may apply at checkout to cover additional logistics handling.

  • We kindly request you to have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handoff.

6. Address Inaccuracies & Undelivered Shipments

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times before initiating a Return-to-Origin (RTO) process.

  • Incomplete Address: Please verify your delivery address, landmark, and contact number meticulously at checkout. adimanav.com cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete coordinates provided by the customer.

  • Re-shipping Fee: In the event that a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to non-availability or an incorrect address, an additional shipping charge will apply to re-route the shipment to your updated address.

7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

We pack our products with extreme care using tamper-evident packaging. If you notice that your package is visibly damaged, torn, or open at the time of delivery:

Do NOT accept the delivery from the courier agent.

Please take clear photographs or a short video of the damaged package, reject the delivery, and immediately reach out to our Customer Support team within 24–48 hours at care@adimanav.com so we can investigate and arrange a fresh replacement.
