How to Order?

How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

  • Browse through our catalogue until you find something you like. Choose the relevant size (if you are not sure about the size, refer the size infographic) and click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button (you can add multiple items to the cart).
  • In 'My Cart', you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
  • To shop with us, you can log in with your ‘Adimanav’ account.
  • Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, enter the shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.
How will I receive my order?

We will ship your order to the shipping address. We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your order will be delivered at your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

We will send you an email with your order information to confirm your purchase, and another when your order ships. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you only after your payment and address details have been verified.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 4-6 days.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

Check your bank/credit card account to ensure that your account has been debited. If your account is debited but the transaction has failed, then the money is normally credited back to the account within 7 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?
  • If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track the status of your order on the website.
  • Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. In case of an event which delays your order, you would receive an update from us.
  • If you still have apprehensions, write to us at care@adimanav.com, and your issue will be addressed.

Order Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?
  • For prepaid orders, please contact us at care@adimanav.com to cancel the order and refund your payment. Refund will be processed through the same payment mode within 12-15 business days.
  • If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and let us know as well. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
  • In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at care@adimanav.com. We will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible.

Return & Replacement

What is your return policy?
  • Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded, wherever applicable.
  • In case of a partial refund, If the total invoice amount goes below Rs. 600 then shipping charges of Rs. 45 will be deducted from the refund amount. Since shipping is free if the order invoice value is above Rs. 600.
  • In case of reverse pick up, the availability of reverse pick up on the given pin code will be checked.
  • If available, reverse pick up will be done within next 3 working days.
  • Please Note: The customer won’t be charged at the time of Pick Up. Please do not pay even if asked by pick up person and reject to handover the package.
  • If not available, the customer needs to ship it back to the below address:

  • Once we have received the items in the expected condition, order amount will be refunded through the same payment mode within 3-9 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery mode, the customer will be asked for NEFT details.

What is your replacement policy?
  • Customers can send a replacement request within 7 days of the order delivery.
  • We do not charge for replacement.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • In case of reverse pick up, the availability of reverse pick up on the given pin code will be checked.
  • If available, reverse pick up will be done within next 3 working days.

Refund Policy

What are the terms and conditions for refund?
  • You can ask for a refund against any item in your order within 7 days of its date of delivery.
  • Refund will be processed through the same payment mode within 3-9 business days.
  • In case of COD, We will need your NEFT details to process refund. NEFT process will need 2-4 days to initiate the refund.
  • If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order.
  • Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable, wherever applicable.
  • In case of a partial refund, If the total invoice amount goes below Rs. 600, shipping charges of Rs. 45 will be deducted from the refund amount since shipping is free only if the order invoice value is above Rs. 600.

How long does the refund process take?

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
  • We update our customers through emails once the refund process has been initiated.
  • If our last email states that we have initiated the refund process, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, debit card or credit card?

All credit card, debit card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure and encrypted connection. So your money is completely in safe hands.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry, ensuring the following:

  • Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for net banking).
  • Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

What is the delivery timeline?

Orders within India are shipped & delivered within 4-12 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address.

Why do I need to provide my phone number, address and email?
  • We use this information to authenticate the purchase and verify the shipping address where your order will be received.
  • We do not have access to any of your personal banking information.
What is the nature of the security system?
  • We make sure there are enough levels of security to ensure that your information remains safe with us. We have put in place robust electronic authorisation systems to protect your privacy at all times.
  • For Payments, we use authorised payment gateway services and transactions are always processed through SSL-certified pages.

What is Adimanav Studios?

We're a creative content and lifestyle brand making awesome designs with Indian pride. Our graphic tees are super popular (100,000+ orders and counting!), but we're not stopping there. We're building a range of lifestyle products and content every Indian will be proud to rock.

How old are you and where are you based?

We've been at it since 2015 and call Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, our home.

How has the response been to your products so far?

Let's say we're on track to beat last year's order count, so things are going pretty well! We're always aiming higher, though.

Which demographics do you cater to?

We want every Indian to find something they love, but we're currently strongest in Maharashtra (our Marathi tees are a hit!), and our kids' tees are super cute. We also have popular collections for geeks, travellers, and foodies. We're working on tees for other regions like Gujarat and Karnataka, celebrating even more Indian languages and cultures.

What do customers expect from Adimanav?

Customers love our frequent new designs (10-15 per month!), thanks to our in-house "Content Engine" (think AI, experts, and good old brainstorming). We're more than just tees; we're building a community with events, online content, and cool collaborations.

What is your infrastructure like?

Our online store and new factory (screen printing 3000 tees/day capacity!) are ready for anything. Our lean dropship model keeps us nimble, and our amazing team is our biggest strength. We make sure they're part of the process, understanding the "why" behind every design.

Do you have any major investors?

We're bootstrapped and proud! We've come this far on our own, but we're open to partnerships that bring more than just money to the table.

Do you aim to get VC funding in the near future?

We've got options, but we're picky. We are on the lookout for partners and mentors who share our vision and can help us create even better content with wider reach.
