All products are applicable for return/replacemen except Mask & Surprise T-shirt. Customers can send a return/replacement request within 7 days from the order delivery.

If a reverse pickup is available on the given pincode, it will be done within 3 working days. Else the customer needs to ship the product to our warehouse. Once we have received the items in the expected condition, we will ship the replacement package/initiate the refund.

There are no charges for Return and Repalcement.
n case of a partial refund, If the total invoice amount goes below Rs. 400 then shipping charges of Rs. 45 will be deducted from the refund amount. Since shipping is free if the order invoice value is above Rs. 400.
