How to Order?

How do I place my order?

  • To place your order, follow these steps:
  • Browse through our catalog until you find something you like. Choose the relevant size (if you are not sure about the size, refer the size infographic) and click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button (you can add multiple items to the cart).
  • ‘In My Cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
  • To shop with us, you can log in with your ‘Adimanav’ account or continue as a guest user.
  • Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, enter the shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my order?

  • We will ship your order to the shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your order will be delivered at your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

  • We will send you an email with your order information to confirm your purchase and another email when your order is shipped. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you only after your credit/debit card and address details have been verified.

When will my order be shipped?

  • Your order will be shipped within 4-6 days.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

  • Check your bank/credit card account to ensure that your account has been debited. If your account is debited but the transaction has failed then the money is normally credited back to the account within 7 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?

  • If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track the status of your order on the website.
  • Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. In case of an event which delays your order, you would receive an update from us.

Order Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?

  • For prepaid orders, please contact [email protected] cancel the order and refund your payment. Refund will be processed through the same payment mode within 12-15 business days.
  • If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and let us know as well. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
  • In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at [email protected] We will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible .

Return Policy

Return Policy

  • Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • In case of reverse pick up, the availability of reverse pick up on the given pin code will be checked.
  • If available, reverse pick up will be done within next 3 working days. In this case, charges of Rs 70 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please Note: The customer won’t be charged at the time of Pick Up.

  • Once we have received the items in the expected condition, order amount will be refunded through the same payment mode within 12-15 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery mode, the customer will be asked for NEFT details.

Replacement Policy

Replacement Policy

  • Customers can send a replacement request within 7 days of the order delivery.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • In case of reverse pick up, the availability of reverse pick up on the given pin code will be checked.
  • If available, reverse pick up will be done within next 3 working days.  Please Note: The customer won’t be charged at the time of Pick Up.
  • Once we have received the items in the expected condition, We will ship the replacement package.
  • The customer is liable to pay replacement charges of Rs 100  for a replaced product at the time of Delivery (COD) or online via PayTM or Payment Link.
  • If not available, the customer needs to ship it back to the below address:

Refund Policy

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  • You can ask for a refund against any item in your order within 7 days of its date of delivery.
  • Refund will be processed through the same payment mode within 7-15 business days.
  • If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order.
  • COD handling charges are non-refundable.

How long does the refund process take?

  • The refund process will be initiated within 24 hours after we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your PayU account.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

  • We update our customers through e-mails once the refund process has been initiated.
  • If our last e-mail states that we have initiated the refund process, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Is it safe to shop online if I make pay using net banking, debit card or credit card?

  • All credit card, debit card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure and encrypted connection.

Are there any hidden charges?

  • There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is borne by us. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

    • In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring the following:
    • Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking).
    • Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
    • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the money is normally credited back to your bank account within 7 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us [email protected]

What is the delivery time period?

  • Orders within India are shipped within 4-6 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
